Entire property! Full kitchen stocked with all the essentials, spices, olive oil, tons of condiments in fridge, pots & pans strainers, the whole 9. We love to cook and have virtually everything you need to make a gourmet meal!
Dining on the Property
Up to 10-12 person dining table plus outside patio table for 4-6 Propane BBQ and Webster charcoal grills outside. Also, fire pit for fun.
Pole Barn*
We also have a HUGE pole barn which could be used for a large party of people.*** The space has concert stage speakers, amplifier, mixer ready to go for a DJ or band. Or just plug in your phone and play Pandora/Spotify;)
Wood burning stove inside. plenty of couches, fridge. Large enough to have 50+ people in at a time. We also have several folding tables up to 20 ft in length for Buffet Style feasts.
*Pole Barn is special request only and reserved for large parties and special events only. Just ask;)
Interaction with Guests
We meet every guest upon arrival or the day after depending on logistics to give a brief tour of the house and grounds. There is A LOT to see and I want to make sure you don’t miss anything and all of your questions are answered!
Privacy
If you require a private stay that can be arranged. Otherwise, we may be up taking care of the property. Mowing lawn, pruning and planting trees/flowers, chopping firewood, Tending to the Orchard, Vegtable Garden and Goats. Making trails in the woods etc.
Local Amenities and Attractions
Wegmans and Whole Foods 30 min drive south. Giant, Target and Walmart 10 min drive north.
Within 45 min drive of New Hope PA (I will offer some incredible back roads if you are interested in visiting. Dark Hollow Road is amazing) and 1 hour from Philadelphia, 2 hours from NYC, 3 hours from D.C.
Getting Around
There are 2 private airports within 15 min. Penn Ridge Airport and Quakertown Airport. Also, other private fields for aircraft/helicopters.
Other Things to Note
We have Goats on the farm. They are very friendly and you are welcome to interact with and pet them. They enjoy the attention! There is an electric fence to protect them and keep them contained. Please be careful and DO NOT touch it unless you speak with me so I can turn it off.
We kindly ask you to take the following information into account
Please feel free to take advantage of everything that our home and property has to offer. Fishing poles and tackle are available upon request. If you have any questions just ask!
Please check out of the house prior to 12pm unless previous arrangements were made.
Please bag all trash when leaving and place bags in front vestibule.
Please do not hesitate to report any problem/concern to me. Texting is best!
Checklist for Check Out
- Do NOT turn off HVAC Heat/Cooling.
- Please set the Heat to 60º in the winter when checking out.
- Please set the Cool to 78º in the summer when checking out.
- Close and lock ALL windows and doors in case snow or rain when checking out.
- Check to turn off lights, coffee machine, etc.
- Extinguish any fires and check that propane grill is turned off if it was used.
- Leave Gate open
